We don't have the answers to everything, but here are some common questions we encounter.

How much do you charge?

Job boards often offer a % commission which means we can manage these channels without a fee. For other paid channels we charge a retainer fee per month. Dependent on scale these retainers start from £2000 per month 

Are you just in the UK?

We’re a UK based company, but with staff working in the US, UK, Europe and UAE, so can run global campaigns and get pretty close to any time zone.

Do you recommend an ATS?

We recommend that a client uses an ATS. However we are tech neutral so will work with whatever the client uses. 

How long does it take to go live?

Jobs go live the same day once processes are set up with copy checks etc in place. We can usually onboard (NDA, MSA, DPA etc.) in less than a month - usually we can move as fast as your legal team. 

What channels work best for recruitment?

This will depend hugely on what sector you’re in and what country you’re recruiting in. We can answer this properly with more information so get in touch. 

Is there a minimum size of company you work with?

No but realistically you need to have a large volume of jobs to justify having paid media support for recruitment. If you want to recruit for 5 jobs our services aren’t very helpful or cost effective. 

What type of industries do you work with?

Anywhere recruitment is needed en-mass. This might be the public sector (think nurses, care workers, teachers) or military. Or it might be logistics firms recruiting a large number of seasonal employees or supermarkets/restaurant chains with always-on recruitment requirements.
