Founder & MD

With 15 years B2B media experience across events, demand generation and media planning/buying, Phil brings a great deal of industry knowledge. Phil set up Media Forty Two to run demand generation programmes that were transparent and delivered results. Ensuring that both clients and our staff enjoy this experience, and are constantly learning, is his primary goal.

Jim Orme
Digital Director

A results-driven marketing all-rounder with 4 years experience in media buying, SEM, social and marketing ops. Jim is fully committed to client success and has made rapid, measurable marketing impact to some of the world's biggest B2B companies.

Tessa McCrudden

A data-driven B2B marketing specialist with a proven track record working with some of the largest tech companies in the world. Tess is responsible for devising and managing the execution of successful multi-channel awareness and lead generation campaigns for a broad range of clients.

With experience in account management for B2B Enterprise Advertisers, Sophie joined us as a Paid Media Director at the start of 2023. She brings her organisation, can-do attitude and strategic ideas.

Account Manager

Tri-linguist Yasmine Hussain joined Media Forty Two while at university completing her Master's Degree in International Marketing. She is our in-house Paid Social expert and our go-to for punchy marketing copy.

Process & people driven with a keen eye for efficiencies - that is Paula's wheelhouse. She's an expert at understanding the basis of all interlocking parts - however niche - and allowing transformations to happen. Paula is new to media but not new to getting things done!

Do you offer part-time roles or internships?

Yes, if you're a student looking to start your marketing career, we have a competitive part-time employment scheme that allows you to complete your degree while getting hands-on marketing experience.

Do you offer any employment schemes or benefits?

We offer extreme flexibility around parental leave, 25 days of holiday, one day a month to spend on a charitable activity, certifications and training, and flexible working hours.

Where are you based?

Our office is located in Devonshire Square in the City of London.

Can I work remotely?

Yes, you can. Team-members based in London come in to the office once a week, but we don't expect those outside of London to.
